"Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation" - Isaiah 12:3
"Whosoever drinks of the water I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life."
John 4:14
"THE LIVING WATER"
Water is essential to life. Without it, all living things wither and die. Jesus offers everyone "LIVING WATER." Living water symbolizes the Holy Spirit as presented to us in John 7: 37-39: "...Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water." (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)" Which we receive after we accept Jesus into our hearts as our Lord and Savior. The permanent indwelling of the Holy Spirit is the fulfillment of God’s promise to always be with us and never forsake us.
"JESUS IS THE WAY"
..."That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God". - John 3: 15-18
"Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved." - Acts 4: 12
"WHAT MUST I DO TO BE SAVED"
First you must repent. What does that mean? Repent simply means to change your mind. Change your mind and agree with God that you are a sinner. A sinner without hope apart from God. Then believe. Believe that Jesus is who He says He is and that He is the only begotten Son of the one true God. Believe that He died(sacrificed Himself)on the cross for your sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day. Now invite Jesus into your heart to become your personal Savior and accept God's free gift of eternal life. Remember that this gift is free to us, but never forget the price that Jesus paid!
